    For help with Blackboard:

1. Consult the Blackboard User Manual.
    

2. Visit  the Blackboard Online Support Center which offers tutorials, downloads, chat, a knowledge base with frequently asked questions and assistance with a variety of Blackboard topics.
    

3. If you have not been able to resolve your question by consulting the manual or support center, call the Presidium Blackboard Help Desk at 1-866-434-8878.  The Help Desk is available 24/7.
